Description

Kent Lodge is a villa dating from around 1830 to 1840. It is two storeys high and has a stucco façade. The roof is low-pitched and hipped, covered with slate, and features an eaves cornice. The building has three windows, with two of them in a bow shape extending through both storeys on the east side. These windows are recessed and are sash windows without glazing bars. The original French windows on the bow have marginal glazing bars and there is an anthemion balcony on the first floor. A band runs between the storeys.
