Description
No. 7 Spring Hill is a building dating from around 1850. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of painted rubble with rusticated quoins. The second floor features a plain band, and there is a rendered dentil cornice along with a blocking course at the top. On the second floor, there are two windows with glazing bar sashes. The first floor has a rectangular pilastered bay window with glazing bar sash lights and an entablature that also has a dentil cornice. Above the ground floor, which is supported by flat shaped brackets, there is a projecting cornice. The ground floor is flanked by pilasters and features two large framed glazing bar windows on either side of a central panelled and glazed door. To the left of the door, there is a six-panel house door with a marginal glazed rectangular fanlight.
