Description

No. 22 Spring Hill is a mid-19th century, two-storey house constructed of rendered rubble. It has a double-gabled design, with the left-hand gable projecting forward and featuring pierced finialed bargeboards. The windows are glazing bar sashes set in rusticated surrounds, and there is a rectangular bay window with a fascia, although the glazing has been altered. A porch with a round-arched opening and side lights is present, topped with a cornice and blocking course.
