Description

24 Spring Hill is a building dating from around 1850 to 1860. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of rendered rubble with red brick quoins. The front features delicate pierced bargeboards with a finial at the gable. There are rectangular bay windows with five mullioned lights that are bracketed to the second floor. On the first floor, there are two-light casements and a shallow canted bay with five pointed arched lights, along with square lights above the transom. The large ground floor window consists of three pairs of pointed lights with weathered moulding above. A gabled slate hood is positioned over the round-headed door, contributing to the building's picturesque appearance.
