Description

No. 30 Spring Hill is a weatherboarded cottage dating from around 1840 to 1850, which includes what seems to be a former sail loft at the back, constructed of rubble with a red brick side elevation. The cottage is two stories high and features a hipped slate roof. It has two gabled half dormers on the east and west fronts, and the windows are mullion-transomed casements. There is one window on the ground floor facing the road, along with a panelled and glazed door. On the west side, there is a conservatory lean-to with closely set groups of three narrow lights.
