Description

No. 52 is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is timber framed, featuring weather boarding on the west side and a mix of colour washed infill, plaster, and brick in other areas. The cottage has a thatched roof and a two-room plan to the east, with three bays used as an outhouse to the west. It is one storey high with attics. The south elevation includes one three-light and one two-light casement window, flanking a plank door. There is also a dormer with a casement window and a red brick stack at the east gable end.
