Cottage, circa 1800 of two storeys and of red brick with random grey headers on sides and front and rendered timber frame on rear. Parapetted gables with gambrel peg tile roof and large rear lean-to extension with clay pantile roof over rendered walls. Two small gable end stacks and three flat topped dormers with tile hung cheeks and two light casements with single horizontal glazing bars. Of 3 bays of double hung sashes with segmental arched heads, the outer having small square panes and the central, first floor window, with two verticle glazing bars. The central door case has thin pilasters supporting curved brackets and a flat hood. The door is recessed with a rectangular fanlight over.
