Description

This is a cottage dating from around 1840, constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It is two storeys high. The front elevation features two large, tall windows on each floor, each divided into six equal panes with a casement window in the lower section. A door is positioned off-centre, and all openings have segmental arches above them. A chimney stack is located on the north gable end. The building is listed primarily for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding properties, particularly No.6.
