Description

Pakes Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It features a front dating from the late 18th century, with an earlier timber-framed structure behind that is covered in pebble dash. The roof is hipped and made of clay peg tiles. The front is constructed of red brick and consists of five bays, with double hung sash windows that have moulded flush surrounds and small panes. There is a stucco band and rusticated angle quoins. A projecting flat-topped stucco porch with a dentilled cornice is supported by square piers with moulded capitals, and it features a moulded arch-topped door flanked by windows. At the back, there are two small stacks located along the ridge line.
