Description

No. 27 Berrycroft Road is a cottage built around 1820 to 1840. It has a timber frame with plaster render that mimics dressed stone. The roof is covered with pantiles and features a single end stack on the left side. The cottage is two storeys high and has two horizontal sliding sash windows, which are aligned with the eaves. There are also two similar windows on either side of a flush panelled door.
