Description

No. 313 is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It features a timber frame with plaster and a grey slate roof, along with left and rear right chimney stacks. The rear wings are weatherboarded and have red pantiled roofs. The cottage is two storeys high and has a two-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes, with pentice boards above them. The entrance is marked by a central four-panelled door topped with a pediment supported by brackets.
