Description

No. 30 is a cottage located on Lower Street, dating from the early 19th century. It is possibly timber-framed and features roughcast render on its exterior. The roof is slated and has painted brick stacks at either end. The building has a symmetrical facade with a boarded door that has applied moulded decoration. There are two horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all with patterned glazing bars.
