Description

No. 17 is a cottage located on Lower Street, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a clay bat rendered exterior with a plain tiled mansard roof and a pantiled outshut. The cottage has a ridge stack and an end stack on the south-west side, and its foundations are made of painted brick and flint. There are two ground floor windows to the left of a boarded door, along with two horizontal sliding sash dormer windows.
