Description

No. 284 is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features rendered walls set on a plinth made of flint and brick, and has a thatched roof with brick stacks at each end. The building is two storeys high with attics and has three windows across the front. The upper floor includes two-light wrought-iron casements with leaded lights, while the ground floor has a similar window on the right side and a 20th-century four-light casement on the left. The central entrance is a plank door topped with a flat hood.
