Description

No. 37 Bournemouth Road is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It features rendered and whitewashed walls topped with a thatched roof, which has end brick stacks. The cottage is one and a half storeys high and has a two-window range. The windows are 20th-century casements with timber frames and diamond pane leaded-lights. The entrance to the cottage is now located at the rear of the building.
