Description

Layton is an early 19th-century building with a later 19th-century extension on the left. It is rendered and features a tiled roof with brick stacks at both ends and at the end of the original range. The original range is symmetrical, consisting of two storeys and three bays, with an additional bay on the left. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. The central entrance has a six-flush panel door topped by a fanlight, and there is a 19th-century open latticework porch.
