Description
No. 21 High Street is a cottage dating from around 1700. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a rough rendered finish. The roof is a half hipped gambrel style, covered with red plain tiles, and features a central red brick chimney stack. The building has one storey and attics, with two gabled dormers. On the ground floor, there are two small paned vertically sliding sash windows located centrally, each with pentice boards supported by brackets. There are vertically boarded doors on both the left and right sides, each with small canopies on brackets. To the rear, there is a single storey extension on the right that includes two matching windows and double vertically boarded doors.
