No. 25 Burnham Road is an 18th-century cottage that features a timber frame and is weatherboarded. It has a red pantiled roof and is one storey high with attics. The cottage has off-centre left and external right red brick chimney stacks. There is one gabled dormer and a three-window range of small paned casements. The entrance is through a vertically boarded door. To the right, there is a single-storey lean-to extension made of matching materials, which includes one window.
