Description

This is an 18th and 19th century cottage located on Station Road in Southminster. It is timber-framed with some sections weatherboarded and others rendered. The roof is covered in grey slate, and a central brick chimney stack is present. The cottage has a gable facing the road, and features a two-window front with small, multi-paned vertically sliding sash windows, each with a moulded surround. A central door has four panels, a moulded surround, a frieze, and a flat canopy.
