Description

No. 6 Mill End is an 18th century or earlier cottage located on the south side of Thaxted. The building is timber framed and plastered, with some sections weatherboarded, and features a red plain tile roof. It has one storey and attics, with a two-window range that includes modern small shop windows. There is one gabled dormer and the exterior is decorated with pargetting in panels. A red brick chimney stack is also present.
