Description

No. 30 West Street is a house from the mid-19th century. It features roughcast walls with ashlar dressings and a slate roof, which has raised coped verges and brick stacks. The building is two storeys high and has two windows with glazing bar sashes that are positioned under drip moulds. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door that is sheltered by a flat stone hood supported by curved brackets. There are pilaster strips at each end of the façade and a moulded cornice gutter.
