Description
No. 1 East Street is an early 19th-century house featuring a rendered exterior and a pantile roof with brick stacks. The building is two stories high and has two windows. It has a central recessed four-panel door, with 16-light glazing bar sash windows on the ground floor and 12-light sash windows above. The structure is also characterized by end pilaster strips.
