Description

Bilbie House and Church House are a pair of houses dating from the early 19th century. They are rendered with pantile roofs and brick stacks. Each house has three storeys and three windows.

Bilbie House (No. 14) features a central six-panel door and glazing bar sash windows on the ground and first floors, while the second floor has a blank center with two 20th-century casement windows on the outer sides. Church House (No. 12) has a central six-panel door located under a pentice roof, flanked by two large late 19th-century casement bays. The first floor has glazing bar sash windows, and the second floor features nine-light glazing bar sash windows. Both houses have a pitched roof with overhanging gable eaves.
