Description

No. 38 Potter Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with a pantile roof. The building features a brick plinth and dentillated eaves, along with two gable stacks. All openings have rubbed brick heads with keystones. It is three storeys tall and has five bays in an L-plan layout. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with plain jambs and a plain overlight, flanked by two plain sash windows. Above the entrance, there are five glazing bar sashes, and on the top storey, there are five smaller glazing bar sashes.
