Description

A group of three late 18th-century townhouses on Potter Street. The buildings are constructed of brick with a 20th-century pantile roof, stone sills, and keystoned lintels. They feature a brick plinth, plain eaves, two gable and one off-centre ridge stacks, and are three storeys high with four bays. The south front includes, to the left, a single glazing bar sash window. To the right of that is a 20th-century glazed door with a geometrical overlight. Further right is a round-headed entry with a keystone. To its right still, a 20th-century two-light shop front with a central glazed door and a flanking 20th-century door with overlight, and finally a single glazing bar sash window. Above the ground floor, there are four glazing bar sashes, and above that again, four smaller glazing bar sashes.
