Description

No. 10 Potter Street, part of Queen's Buildings, is a former house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 18th century and underwent alterations around 1975. The building is constructed of brick and features a 20th-century pantile roof with ashlar dressings. It has a brick plinth, bands at the first and second floors, and moulded timber eaves, along with two gable stacks. The ground floor has five glazing bar sash windows with rubbed brick heads and keystones. Above this, there are five similar sash windows, and above those, five smaller sash windows that match the others.
