Description

This building is part of the Queen's Buildings and was originally a house, now serving as offices. It dates back to the 18th century and is constructed of brick with a slate roof. The building features ashlar dressings, including a lintel band, a second-floor band, modillioned eaves, and a plain parapet with coping. The ground floor has a segmental arched entry that was added around 1975. Above this entry, there are two glazing bar sash windows with segmental heads, and above those, there are two smaller sash windows of a similar style. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
