Description
Quorn House is a late 18th-century building that has been partly converted from a former industrial structure into offices. It is constructed of brick that has been colourwashed, featuring ashlar dressings and topped with hipped and pyramidal slate roofs. The building has a first-floor band, dentillated eaves, three ridge stacks, and a single roof ventilator.
The house is two storeys high and has five bays. The irregular facade includes a recessed bay on the right, which contains a pilastered doorcase with moulded capitals and a hood, along with a plaque above that reads 'Quorn House'. To the left of this bay are two glazing bar sashes with bracketed sills and hoods, followed by a doorway with a segmental head. On the right, there is one similar glazing bar sash. Above these, there are two small and three standard glazing bar sashes.
