Description

Number 19 is a terraced house located on Victoria Street in Brighton, dating from the early 19th century, with windows that were altered in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of stucco and has a tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and features a two-window range. The entrance is flat-arched and includes an overlight. There is a full-height segmental bay with tripartite windows, where the mullions are designed as fluted pilasters. Above the entrance is a blank window, and the house has a cornice and blocking course, with stacks located on the party walls. The interior has not been inspected. The property is accompanied by low garden walls and square gate piers that are also stuccoed and feature a cornice.
