Description

Numbers 21 and 22 Victoria Street are a pair of early 19th-century terraced houses. Number 21 is stuccoed with a scored finish resembling ashlar, while Number 22 has a different stucco finish and an asbestos slate roof. Number 21 is two storeys high with a two-window front, and Number 22 is two storeys with a one-window front, featuring lay lights. A flat-arched entrance has an overlight, and a two-story segmental bay has tripartite windows. There is a blank window above the entrance of Number 21. The houses have a cornice and blocking course, with stacks positioned along the party walls. The interior was not inspected. Low garden walls are present, along with square, stuccoed gate piers featuring cornices.
