Description

Numbers 31 and 32 Marlborough Place are a pair of early 19th-century terraced houses. Number 31 is stucco-faced, while Number 32 is brick which has been painted. Both have slate roofs, with visible dormers in a mansard roof, and a truncated stack. The houses are three storeys high with a half-basement and attics. They feature steps leading to a round-arched entrance with a fanlight and reeded cornice, and a full-height segmental bay with flat-arched windows; the windows of Number 31 have been altered to be canted in plan. A parapet runs along the roofline. The interiors have not been inspected. Cast-iron railings are present to the steps and area.
