Description

This is an early 19th-century terraced house on the East side of Grand Parade, Brighton. The exterior is tarred cobbles with brick dressings, now painted, and a roof of asbestos slate. It is three storeys high with dormers, originally a two-window range. Steps lead to a flat-arched entrance with an overlight. The ground floor now contains a late 20th-century shop front, while the upper floors have flat-arched windows with painted brick dressings and painted brick quoins. A balcony with cast-iron railings is located on the first floor. The building is topped with a parapet, and contains late 20th-century dormers in the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
