Description
Part of the Greenwood Lodge Hotel is a terraced house that dates back to the early 19th century. It features a combination of stucco and painted brick, with a roof that is hidden by a parapet. The building stands three storeys tall and includes dormers, with a two-window range. The ground floor has a late 19th-century shop front that retains its principal glazing bars, a grille over the windows, and a shop entrance, along with a fascia that has bracketed stops. The first floor showcases segmental bays adorned with decorative friezes, semi-domes, and sashes that are of original design. The upper floor is flanked by pilasters and has fragments of a dentil cornice to the entablature, topped by a parapet and a stack on the party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
