Description

Numbers 16 and 17 Victoria Street are a pair of early 19th-century terraced houses. The facades are stuccoed, with a tile roof. The houses are two storeys and have a two-window range. A flat-arched entrance has an overlight; Number 16 features a cornice supported by consoles. A full-height, segmental bay is present in both houses, with the bay to Number 16 being particularly wide. The windows are tripartite sash windows of an original design, although those of Number 17 are likely replicas. A blank window is positioned above the entrance to Number 16. Other external details include a cornice, a blocking course, and stacks to the party walls. The interior remains uninspected. Low garden walls and square, stuccoed, corniced gate piers are attached to the property.
