Description
Number 30 is an early 19th-century terraced house on the east side of Victoria Street, Brighton. The house is constructed of stucco, with a roof hidden behind a parapet. It is two storeys high and has a two-window front. A flat-arched entrance features an overlight and a bracketed cornice. A full-height segmental bay contains tripartite windows. There is a blank window above the entrance, finished with a cornice and blocking course. A stack to the party wall with number 29 is present, but the adjoining wall is not included in the listing. The interior has not been inspected. The property is accompanied by a low garden wall and square stuccoed gate piers with cornices.
