Description

Numbers 23, 24, and 25 Victoria Street are a group of early 19th-century terraced houses. They are built of stucco, with the roofs largely hidden behind a parapet, except for Number 25 which has a tiled roof. The houses are two storeys high and have a single window in each bay. A flat-arched entrance is present, along with a full-height segmental bay featuring tripartite sash windows of an original design; the windows for Number 24 are replicas. The houses have a cornice and blocking course, with stacks built into the party walls between Numbers 24 and 25. The interior has not been inspected. Low garden walls and square, stuccoed gate piers with cornices stand in the garden.
