Description
Number 12 is an early 19th-century terraced house in stucco, with a tile roof. It is two storeys high and has a two-window facade. The house features a flat-arched entrance with an overlight, and a full-height segmental bay with tripartite sash windows of the original design. There was originally a cornice and blocking course, though the cornice has been simplified. Chimney stacks are located on the party walls. The interior has not been inspected. Low garden walls and square, stuccoed gate piers with cornices are attached to the property.
