Description
Number 12 Mabledon Place is an early 19th-century terraced house. It is constructed of stucco, with a rusticated ground floor. The house has two storeys and a basement, and originally contained two windows. The ground floor has segmental-arched openings set in shallow recesses. The doorway is topped with a cornice and a fanlight, and features a panelled door. The first floor has square-headed recessed casements, and incorporates a cast-iron balcony. The building has a cornice and a blocking course. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the property are cast-iron railings with urn finials to the areas.
