Terraced houses. c.1810-11, associated with J.T. Parkinson's Montagu Square development for the Portman Estate. Brown brick with stucco banded rustication to ground floors; concealed slate roofs. 4 storeys and basements. 3-window wide fronts. Semicircular arched doorways to right with inset Greek Doric columned jambs, panelled doors and patterned fanlights. Recessed sashes under flat gauged arches. Plat band finishing off ground floor stuccowork. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking course. Original, cast iron, geometric patterned balconies across 1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Nos. 4 and 5 adjoin No. 30 Montagu Square q.v.
