Description
A pair of terraced houses with shops, dating from around 1800 to 1820, built as part of the Gloucester Place and Montagu Square developments. The houses are constructed of stock brick with concealed slate roofs. They are four storeys high and have narrow, two-window frontages. The mid-19th century shop fronts have plain fascias, flanked by console brackets. The upper floors feature recessed sash windows with intact glazing bars in number 113, each set beneath a flat, gauged red brick arch. Stone coped parapets top the buildings. The properties are included on the list solely for their contribution to the wider group value of the area.
