Description

This is a terrace house dating to 1725, with alterations and heightening in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It has a slate roof and presents a facade of one plus three windows. One section of the building is four storeys high, while the other is five storeys, both with a basement level. A red brick plat band marks the first floor, and a stuccoed cornice sits at the third floor level. The front door is set within a late 18th-century wooden doorcase featuring Tuscan columns and a bracketed cornice. The door itself is panelled and features a radial glazed arched fanlight above. The windows are revealed glazing bar sash windows, set beneath gauged red brick flat arches. Area railings with urn finials are present.
