Description

This is a circa 1757 terraced house, altered around 1800 and renovated with some changes circa 1914. It has a dark brick slate roof. The house is four storeys high, with a basement, and has a facade of three windows. A stuccoed doorway is centrally located, featuring a bracketed cornice hood, a six-panel door, and a rectangular fanlight above. The recessed sash windows have glazing bars and are set within stucco reveals, each topped by a flat, gauged arch. A plain parapet has coping along the roofline. Cast iron balconettes are positioned in front of the second floor windows. Wrought iron area railings with urn finials are present at the front.
