Description

This is a circa 1737 terraced house, renovated and with a rear extension added in 1915. The house is constructed of darkened stock brick with a slate roof and extends over four storeys and a basement. It has a facade two windows wide. A doorway is located on the right side, featuring a six-panel door, a patterned fanlight, and a cornice hood. The windows are flush-framed with exposed box glazing bars and rubbed brick dressings, topped with gauged flat arches up to the second floor. The third-floor windows are recessed, also with glazing bars. A stone sill band runs across the first floor. The roofline features a parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with urn finials are present.
