No. 11 South Audley Street is a terraced house built in 1737, which was largely rebuilt to the same plan after a fire in 1769, although with lower storey heights. The building features brown brick with a stucco ground floor and a slate roof. It has four storeys and an early 19th-century attic storey, along with a basement. The house is two windows wide, with the entrance located to the left. This entrance has a segmental arched doorway surrounded by coarsely vermiculated stucco, a six-panel door, side lights, and a radial patterned fanlight. The ground floor has two narrow 19th-century sash windows. The first floor features French windows set in projecting fluted stucco architraves with corner blocks, dating from around 1826, while the upper floors have recessed 19th-century sashes under gauged flat arches with stucco reveals. There is a moulded sill course below the attic, and an early 19th-century geometric pattern cast iron balcony on the first floor. The property is also adorned with wrought iron area railings topped with urn finials.
