Description

No. 80 South Audley Street is a terraced house built around 1780 to 1800. It features darkened brick and a slate roof, rising four storeys with a basement. The facade is three windows wide, with a channelled stucco ground floor that includes a plain doorway on the left, which has a six-panel door and a rectangular fanlight above it. The upper floors have recessed sash windows, with flat gauged red brick arches and stuccoed reveals. There are early 19th-century geometric pattern cast iron balconettes on the first floor, along with wrought iron railings.
