Description
No. 2 Deanery Street is a terrace house built around 1770. It is constructed of darkened stock brick and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys, a basement, and a dormered mansard roof. It is three windows wide, with a doorway located to the left. The entrance has a panelled door topped by a patterned fanlight within a square-headed architrave case. The windows are recessed sash types without glazing bars, positioned under flat gauged arches that include keystones. There is a stone sill band at the first floor level and a parapet with coping above. The property is also enclosed by wrought iron area railings.
