Description
No. 3 South Audley Street is a terraced town house built around 1780. It features darkened brick and a slate roof, rising three storeys with a basement and a dormered mansard. The façade is three windows wide, with a semicircular arched doorway to the left that includes a panelled door flanked by sidelights and topped with a radial patterned fanlight. The windows are recessed glazing bar sash types, set beneath flat gauged red brick arches. There are stone plat bands and sill bands on the first and second floors, along with a stone bracketed cornice and a blocking course. The property is enclosed by cast iron area railings that have foliated spear head finials.
