Description

The Grosvenor Estate Office is a terraced town house built around 1725 to 1730. It features brown brick construction with a stuccoed basement and ground floor, the latter being channelled. The building has a slate mansard roof and consists of three storeys, a basement, and an attic with dormers. The upper floors are flanked by giant channelled stucco pilasters, with the right-hand one shared with No 66. The entrance has been reset to a corner position from the adjoining bay, likely in 1821. The wooden doorcase, designed in a Georgian style with a pediment, was probably added around 1933. Since 1957, this building has been united with No 66 to function as the Estate Office.
