Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of twenty-one buildings, numbered 304 to 314, on Queensbridge Road. Each building is two storeys high with an attic, and has two windows. The roofs are slated mansard roofs with flat dormers. The buildings are constructed of stock brick with a stucco frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The ground floors have banded, rusticated stucco, forming voussoirs to the square-headed openings. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars; those on the first floor are set within moulded architraves with cornices and have ornamental cast iron balconies. The doors are of three wide panels, with fluted quadrant pilasters, a cornice head, and rectangular fanlights. Number 304 has a prostyle porch on its right-hand return. Numbers 304 to 332 (even) form a group.
