Description

Nos 1 and 3 Parkholme Road are early to mid-19th century adjoining villas that stand two stories tall and feature three bays. They are constructed of stock brick and have a low-pitched hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with gauged flat brick arches. No 1 has a central half-glazed four-panel door topped with a patterned rectangular fanlight, all set within a prostyle porch that features decorative feather capitals. In contrast, No 3 has replaced its central door with a window and has a slightly set-back right entrance bay that contains a modern door.
